Is one side left side pelvic pain slash lower back pain a symptom of cervical cancer? i am so worried. last month i had an extra period bleed as well. last pap was normal but the one before was mildly abnormal?

That symptom is not consistent with cervical cancer, especially your last PAP smear was normal. Spotting is not uncommon at your age; however, if you experience frequent vaginal bleeding, you should see your GYN doctor. Pelvic/low back pain is probably from sacroiliac joint.
