Lower back ache slash pressure for 6 months. mri normal. had a trans vaginal ultrasound which just showed a simple cyst. my last pap smear last year was normal. prior they were mildly abnormal. is cervical cancer likely!?

Very unlikely to cervical cancer! Causes of pain, include infection, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and other causes. Discuss with your doctor to be sure.

Agree with Dr. Bolling. Get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with HPV stains to which may not have been exposed. Cervical cancer is unlikely from what you described. Wish you good health!
