I know cervical cancer doesnt have many symptoms unless its advanced. i have been having pelvic pain on one side. normal pap about 5 yrs ago. is pelvic pain felt on both sides if cervical cancer? no history of female probs except a cyst once

Pelvic pain ?'s: Pelvic pain "on both sides" can be from infection (pelvic inflammatory disease) of from endometriosis , most commonly, but other causes are also possible. See your gyn for an exam and other testing to be certain.
