I havent pap in while due to consistent normal ones in past. i been having mild leg pain. it switches legs and hurts mostly in morning upon waking up and eases upon moving . no swelling in leg or bleeding. can cervical cancer or spine cause this?

Not likely cervical: cancer. Could be nerve or muscular irritation, could be vascular issues. An exam with your doctor is the best route to sorting this out.
