Cervical cancer common at 25 years old? i have pcos, and a larger than normal cyst. recently been having irregular bleeding, pelvic pain. periods every few weeks. have an appointment tomorrow. us showed only cyst. last pap normal prior pap hpv?

Cervical cancer is possible but not common at 25. Having regular pap smears often detects pre-cancerous changes in the earliest stages when preventive/curative procedures are available. Menstrual irregularity at that age is usually from other factors.
