What you described is highly unlikely to be due to cervical cancer. Musculoskeletal pain should respond to over the counter pain medications like acetaminophen. Do not take more than 4 gm in one day, no alcohol. Regular aerobic exercise will help by improving the strength and flexibility of your muscles. Exercise at least 30 minute/day, days/week. Wish you good health!
