ANA and RNP tests are positive but not definite, CRP is not high, the results are quite non specific which suggest you may have a connective tissue disorder but less likely polymyalgia rheumatica (CRP is negative and you are young). It will be best if you can be evaluated by a rheumatologist.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped to know the reference values in the lab where the tests were done. Wish you good health!
