Maybe nothing: Then it may mean absolutely nothing. It is certainly not related to the back pain. It may be worthwhile to get a rheumatology opinion.

Maybe a false posit: It maybe a false positive as your current symptoms are not consistent with symptoms associated with those positive antibodies. See a rheumatologist to confirm.
