I had a gum graft 8 days ago. is it okay to kiss at this point, as long as care is taken at the site? also, can i use regular mouthwash now? have been using salt water rinse, as well as have been on antibiotic?

I would refrain from active kissing which involves exchange of saliva or tongue till you heal completely/ You can use a diluted mouthwash. It is always best to ask the oral surgeon for specific instructions for he/she knows your situation best.

It's best to limit exposure to any bacteria if you can help it especially if you have recently had a graft. This includes sharing any saliva such as from cups & utensils for minimum 2-3 weeks post procedure. Warm, salt water rinses are best for healing tissue. Avoid any mouthwash with alcohol as it may irritate the site. Keep your post-operative appointment with your dentist or periodontist.
