Had covid in august and recovered fine, taste and smell returned fast, in couple of days & stayed fine up until now, some of the smells(some of my perfumes for example,not all of them) smell strange &foul and sunflower seeds taste weird.when recover?

It sometimes takes 6 months or more in some cases. But you are young and should recover. If not better by about nine months see a neurologist. Pl get the vaccine and continue to take precautions. Wishing you speedy recovery.

Agree with Dr Tandan, and would interpret your symptoms in category of dysgeusia and dysosmia, that is altered sensations of taste and smell, which has occurred is several patients following COVID-19 recovery. This is likely to slowly reverse over a period of a few more months.
