What you described is consistent with Covid 19 infection. Wear a mask around other people and it would be prudent to quarantine yourself till you are afebrile fo4 24 hours without taking medication. You may take acetaminophen, no more than 3 g/day, no alcohol, for fever and aches. There is no specific treatment for Covid. In 6-10 weeks get Covid vaccination.

COVID vaccines (mRNA/lipid/nano particles) have failed to sig. prevent infections nor temper transmission. COVID prodrome commonly includes pharyngitis & loss of sense of smell/taste, likely as virus infects olfactory bulb at cribiform plate (theory). Viral dissemination to lungs, with secondary bacterial infections & to GI tract w. dysfunctions; premiere signature symptoms similar to influenza.
