Hello i just saw dr. hirenkumar italia joined the visit. 14:18 nov 1, 2021 and he did not post the notes i need for my neurologist appointment tomorrow. there is no way to access as they are not there. please help so i can get the covid vaccine?

Try to call the customer help line in order to get further instructions of how to download the note. If seeing neurologist affiliated with HealthTap, they may be able to see directly the note, providing note was completed.
