How soon are we likely to be able to get a covid-19 vaccinesuch as one of the pfizer/biontech or moderna vaccinesif we are not in a special category such as healthcare, frontline worker, or vulnerable based on age or immunocompromised?

Now!! COVID-19 vaccine is available, safe, and found to be effective for children 6 months and older and adults. In the US, it is emergency use authorized for 6 months and up and fully authorized for 16 years of age and up (Pfizer); 18 years and up for Moderna. I encourage everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated and boosted with whichever brand is available to them! (July 2022)
