Your triglycerides show borderline elevation. You do not mention your HDL level. Other than regular exercise, I would not recommend medications. Exercise has been shown to increase HDL. I would not be in favor of using drug therapy to "treat" the HDL level. Suggest that you see your physician for further advice and guidance.

If you are even slightly overweight, losing weight will help. Regular aerobic exercise of 30 minutes/day will reduce triglycerides and raise HDL. Avoid saturated fats. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines.
