Mention this to your GP in UK and request proper testing including upper endoscopy in view of your history. But it does not necessarily mean that you will develop stomach cancer too.

Genetic counseling and analysis will help as providing further information in the possibility of you having possibly inherited genes that may increase your likelihood of developing cancer. Start with your general practitioner who might be able to coordinate locally.

Please consult with your doctor to ascertain the advisability and feasibility of regular upper endoscopy examination by a GI specialist. Wish you good health!
