Yes, you are free from HSV-2 (commonly cause genital herpes) if blood test is negative for HSV-2 IgG after 3 months.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided indicates that you are free of genital herpes. Wish you good health!
