I have been having regular palpitations for a couple of months. a holter monitor showed spells of tachycardia, bradycardia, trigeminy, bigeminy and regular sves. is this concerning?

Not yet, you will likely need longer monitoring through your cardiologist. All details matter, sometimes a beta blocker is used, in your case somewhat limited by bradycardia.

Tachycardia happens with physical activity & bradycardia with sleep. A Holter is a great 1st step to figuring out if these spells are concerning for you. Keep your follow up appointments with your doctor. There are other tests that can be done that will help you and your doctor decide if there is anything concerning for you.
