: First line treatment is to follow up with the ordering Provider, who if is not a Cardiologist or Electrophysiologist, will likely refer you to one to best determine if you need a pacemaker for the lows, an internal defibrillator (/AICD) for the highs (depending on their type/source), medication, or other care.
