Holter monitor showed 11 bradycardia events and 301 tachycardia events in 4 1/2 days. as low as the 40s and high as 199. what would be first line treatment? also svt in the report?

First line treatment is to follow up with the ordering Provider, who if is not a Cardiologist or Electrophysiologist, will likely refer you to one to best determine if you need a pacemaker for the lows, an internal defibrillator (/AICD) for the highs (depending on their type/source), medication, or other care.
