My holter monitor report says sinus bradycardia to sinus tachycardia with sinus arrhythmia. tachycardia happening during rest. are those results normal?

Not enough: During heart monitoring symptoms experienced are matched with abnormal heart rhythms making the test positive if that is the case. Otherwise bradycardia or tachycardia can be still normal under many circumstances.
