48hr holter: 571 ventricular ectopy 4 bigeminy&9 trigeminy 65 superventricular ectopics 1 sve run were detected 1 tachycardia 127 bradycardia. i take dilatrend for blood pressure. is their any concern?

The report doesn't describe any multifocal PVC's, couplets or runs. There is mild ventricular irritability but nothing high grade. It doesn't tell us how long the run of SVT was.or how slow the bradycardia was. I assume you experience palpitations. Dilatrend( carvedilol) can suppress PVC's & PAC's but may require a high dose&can slow the heart rate. A cardiologist is best to advise, treat & follow
