The report doesn't describe any multifocal PVC's, couplets or runs. There is mild ventricular irritability but nothing high grade. It doesn't tell us how long the run of SVT was.or how slow the bradycardia was. I assume you experience palpitations. Dilatrend( carvedilol) can suppress PVC's & PAC's but may require a high dose&can slow the heart rate. A cardiologist is best to advise, treat & follow
