This is not reason for concern at this time. But please followup with the physician that ordered the test so that it can be interpreted in context of the symptoms your son may or may not be experiencing.

Premature beats have been noted in children as well as couplets (also in adults) but each individual case should be discussed with a pediatric cardiologist. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1769212/
