I'm taking doxycycline 100mg od from 2 days for acne. today i experienced headache and diarrhea which i think is the adverse reaction to the antibiotic. should i stop the course ?

Consult your prescribing physician about the headache/diarrhea as both can be from other causes, and not the doxycycline alone.
