I feel sick. my nose was stuffed when i was sleeping, but woke up fine. still feel lethargic, and slight headache. i sweat too.. no fever, cough or runny nose right now. cold or allergies? taking doxycycline 100 mgx2 for acne right now?

Allergic rhinitis bothers you but it usually does not make you feeling sick. Likely you have a viral illness, Covid-19 infection cannot be ruled out if you are at risk. Doxycycline does not have any effect in viral illness.
