None: There should be no reason for concern. Monitor your symptoms and temperature. Most reactions if they do occur are quite mild. Take Tylenol for discomfort and low grade fever. If you have an allergic reaction, see a physician right away.

No interaction, but.: There shouldn't be any interaction with the COVID vaccine, but doxycycline can have a sig effect on the gut, esp if you have IBS. You might want to opt for topical tx of the rosacea and d/c the oral antibiotic should you experience symptoms such as diarrhea.
