Itching is not a usual symptom of vitamin D deficiency. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Dry skin is a common cause for skin itching among others. Vitamin D deficiency, otherwise very common in general, is not a common cause of skin itching, but a normal level if checked can help ruling it out.

Commonest cause of skin itching is local irritation or allergy so pl look for those reasons first. If you have a normal diet and good sun exposure than chances for vit. D def are very low.
