40yo/f.rec labs uploaded.chronic lymphocytosis.had bone marrow biopsy checking for cancer,only found small cluster of mast cells, show cd25 and spindled.but no ckit mutation and normal tryptase levels.blood stays about the same?been followed over 1yr?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you uploaded is not accessible to the doctors on this site. Wish you good health!

Can it be too early to detect cancer in bone marrow biopsy? My labs show low RBC HGB 7.1 iron and is normal b12 is high. Had a bone marrow biopsy and chromosome testing done it was negative. No signs of cancer. Could it be too soon to detect cancer?

Curious if there's other reasons besides mastocytosis that gi biopsies would be tryptase/cd117/cd25 +? Those mast cells appeared normal & serum tryptase is only high normal at baseline. Tests done bc of frequent gi issues, anaphylaxis etc. Thanks?
