Curious if there's other reasons besides mastocytosis that gi biopsies would be tryptase/cd117/cd25 +? those mast cells appeared normal & serum tryptase is only high normal at baseline. tests done bc of frequent gi issues, anaphylaxis etc. thanks?

It is not easy to answer your question but based on the limited info you stated I can only say there are not enough criteria to make the diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis yet.
