Hi. i had an mri of my spine which showed a small disk protrusions and a large ovarian cyst. could this be causing my leg tingles and numbness?

The herniated disc is more likely the cause of your leg symptoms than the ovarian cyst which is an coincidental finding.

I agree with Dr. Le. Disc protrusions may impinge on the nerve roots exiting the spinal cord at that level. This may cause symptoms of sciatica which may include symptoms such as numbness and tingling sensation that you experience, in leg or foot. It also may cause pain in area of leg or lower back. This does not mean for certain that the disc protrusion is the cause, but it is possible.
