A member asked:

Painfull bad headaches, w/vomiting, numb/tingling fingers, stiff neck, weakness in legs & spine hurts. mri&ctnormal.neurologist said not migraines! help!

Discuss with neuro.: The neurologist may not think they are migraines, but am sure they are not finished evaluating you. If you are dissatisfied with the level of communication, you can always obtain a second opinion. Without access to all your data and the inability to do a full history and exam it would be grossly inappropriate to try and speculate. Have you had a lumbar puncture (spinal tap)?
