It would be preferably to consult an ENT surgeon. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

With respect to ENTs, I would lean toward Oral and Maxillofacial Durgeons. Their field is Oral Cavity and surrounding structures. Otolaryngologist's training is Ear/Nose/Throat.

I took advice and got a second opinion on my swollen salivary gland in paratoid. The oral surgeon agreed with ENT of it being blocked up saliva and does not think its a tumor. Is it ok they didnt run test? I am happy its not a tumor. Thanks?
