Hello, Either specialty can help "work up" a salivary gland tumor. Be sure to have this examined asap since some can be related to a cancer. Imaging can be scheduled and a biopsy can often be performed on the first visit. Call the office and ask if the specialist treats these issues since some specialists focus on specific conditions and may not treat salivary tumors.
