Ive had a swollen salivary paratoid gland for past few weeks. ent and oral surgeon looked at it and think its a blockage. its still swollen. i have a appt with a dentist in a week. can dentists help or can treat salivary gland issues?

A remedy at home is to drink lots of water ,use sugar -free lemon drops to increase the flow of saliva and reduce swelling. You can place warm compresses on the gland. You could have a blockage or a bacterial infection If blockage try these procedures.
