I sterilized my toddlers potty since she is very hard to get a sample. i collected the urine sample to be tested for uti. it came back positive for uti. how would they know if it was contaminated or a legit uti?

There are devices which help collect urine from infants and children ask your ped. for one. It is very difficult to sterilize a "potty' so the results are not reliable.
