My urine tested positive for trace red blood cells. everything else negative.culture came back with multiple flora.only symptom is burning feeling that doesnt go away after going to the bathroom.can this still be a uti or more likely something else?

Maybe/not: A report like that suggests a "squat & pee" collection with poor technique. Such studies come up with germs from the vagina/skin & bladder making it of less value for diagnosis. A " clean catch" or midstream "catch it like a guy peeing" would be more easy to know if this was a UTI or not.
