If you get an antibodies test and it's positive is there any way to know the antibodies comes from the vaccine or if it was that i had at some point covid 19 not knowing it? results only say igg/ positive and igm/ negative?

Laboratory tests can distinguish between antibodies due to Covid-19 infection vs. vaccination. Your doctor will need to specifically request the test to make the distinction.

In most testing locations your positive antibodies will only be from wild covid disease. The antibodies in response to the available vaccines are different and testing for their presence is not widely available.
