Freaking out! i had the antigen test done today. i had covid in april & my first vaccine jab 3 weeks ago. the igm & igg both came back positive. np said that i have a current reinfection of covid or my covid from april is still lingering. do i?

If the vaccine taken was Pfizer or Moderna, the chances for severe manifestations of COVID-19 are significantly diminished, but if increasing respiratory distress occurs, go to an ER for evaluation. "Lingering symptoms" from active COVID-19 are common , but vaccination also can trigger some parallel symptoms.
