I had covid in april. i had my 1st vaccine 3 weeks ago. im due for my 2nd in two days. had an antibody test done today. both igm & igg were positive. im driving for 21 hours coming up on sunday. am i okay to hold off on 2nd shot until i get back?

Timing of 2nd dose is not critical, especially if you’ve already had infection with coronavirus. No problem waiting a fees days/weeks beyond the recommended time but would not let it slip any further.

Waiting a few days for the second dose will not matter. However, you should take the second dose so that you develop robust immune response. Wish you good health!
