There is more than one cause of elevated IgG. Given your history, it likely reflects chronic inflammation. It is the expected response of immune system. It is more important to address the reason for the blood test than the slight increase in IgG. Wish you good health!

Causes of high IgG include chronic infection including long-term hepatitis, HIV as well as multiple myeloma, and autoimmune disorders. I assume you're being seen and advised by a gastroenterologist and rheumatologist.
