Wife had a c section and her incision area is very bruised almost black at the bottom. it isnt tight. how would you know if there was internal bleeding? her hemoglobin came 9.2 after surgery then 5.5 sat after. got transf went 7.5? no pain or sympto?

The wound has to be carefully examined by the MD who did the surgery who may additional tests eg Ct scan or Ultrasound
