it has been 2 weeks since i had traditional open surgery to have my appendix removed. i am still having bleeding from my incision. is this normal?

Depends: Some times wound will be left open or partially closed if it is ruptured appendix then it is normal, or wound is completely closed, shows blood , need to see your surgeon for possible wound infection.
