Laparoscopic "removal of endometriosis" does not always remove all the endometriosis implants, so pain with estrogen fluctuations ("periods" and ovulation) may persist. Best is to combine the surgical removal with oral bcp therapy, to reduce the continuing production of endometrial implants and preserve fertility options, also reducing pain.

There should be no problems having General anesthesia after getting vaccinated more than a month ago.
