WHERE THE INCISIONS: YOU HAD LAPROSCOPY GOR ENDOMETRIOSIS, where are your incisions, if you have an incision close to your ribs that could explain the pain. otherwise my advise talk to your surgeon, they might have an explanation. otherwise apply heat pad and take ibuprofen.
