I have bph, i have been on flomax for two months or so. it does help with the urine flow, however the side effects are killing me. light headed, brain fog, sometime dizzy etc. i work out everyday but feel lousy. what is this doing to my body? thanks?

Those symptoms could be the adverse effects of Flomax. You should discuss with the prescribed physician and request a substitute.

You need to stop taking Flomax as side effects described are unacceptable. Hopefully, you are seeing a urologist who can replace Flomax with alternate medication. Unfortunately, all medications have side effects in which case doctor and patient need to decide whether side effects, if present, warrant either changing or discontinuing drug concerned. Please call prescribing Dr. & let him/her manage
