Had covid w/brain fog, weird chills either on left side of body or right, headache, blurry vision couldnt see even w/my glasses. insomnia, dizziness, passing out if got out of bed, now hair falling outin gobs like if i had chemo, vitamins not helping?

Vitamins will not treat a virus as you have found out. Call your Physician, the one that diagnosed your Covid, and then follow his/her advice.
