Are you circumcised: May need follow up wit your urologist. Clean foreskin with soap and water to prevent skin irritation and infection from prolonged contact with urine.

Circumcized?: Do you have a foreskin? If you do, retract the skin before you pee and hold it back for a few seconds, then blot with paper. Otc Miconazole or Clotrimazole cream can also be applied.
