Trouble peeing: Discuss with your Dr. You may need to add a drug that shrinks prostate. Tam works on bladder control muscle.

53 yr. old male/PSA 5.3. Urologists Digital rectal exam shows moderately enlarged prostate no lumps/nodules/hardening. Gave Flomax and retest PSA in 1 month. Urine/CBC normal. Can prostate cancer cause enlarged prostate without lumps, etc? Or BPH?
