Dairy, egg, nuts;seeds: Many vegetarian food are excellent sources of protein. Soybeans ; hemp seeds have more protein content than meat. Eggs are a superb source of protein. Dairy has protein, as do nuts, seeds and beans. It is especially wise to seek organic sources of soy to avoid gmo soy, and organic dairy and eggs, or else it will be from animals fed gmo corn ; soy, which are quite possibly hazardous to health!
