Protein.: There are many non-meat sources of protein including soy protein, beans, greek yogurt, etc. There are many different vegetarian choices in the supermarket and many are made with soy protein.

Protein foods: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent.
