October 2020 i had a 7+cm cyst removed from my left ovary. this past weekend i was having pelvic pain again, and they found a new 8.5cm cyst on the left ovary. what could cause cysts to grow this fast? any malignancy concern for rapid growth?

Ovarian cysts not uncommon in women after ovulation. There is no need to remove them unless there are other complications. One should see experienced Gynecologist/ Obstetrician especially if one still wants to conceive.
