Ovarian cyst: This case is a little confusing. I suggest you follow up with your obgyn asap for follow up and interpretation. Vital information is missing.

Probably normal: This is not a particularly abnormal imaging of the ovaries. Practically everyone of reproductive age has ovarian follicles noted. Ovaries make these for a living. Would have to put it into context of your symptoms to interpret the significance.
